In 2025, Lextegrity was acquired by Case IQ, expanding Case IQ’s compliance and risk management platform. The acquisition integrates Lextegrity’s real-time compliance analytics, monitoring, and approvals capabilities with Case IQ’s incident management, investigations, and whistleblowing solutions, creating a more unified, end-to-end approach to compliance and ethics management.  Lextegrity has been incorporated into the Case IQ suite.
