Lexity.ai
Lexity is a cloud-based legal AI platform offering attorney-vetted workflow automation for litigation, transactional, and compliance practitioners, from solo practitioners to large law firms. The platform operates on a pay-as-you-go model, allowing users to run discrete tasks without subscription or seat-based commitments.
Key features and functions include:
Clickflow Library
The platform provides a library of over 100 pre-built, multi-step workflows called Clickflows, each designed and validated by practicing attorneys. Workflows cover tasks across litigation, M&A, compliance, and regulatory matters, including chronology building, contract audits, due diligence, closing checklists, privilege review, and new matter intake. Users upload a document and execute a workflow without prompt engineering or template configuration.
Source-Verifiable Outputs
Every output produced by the platform includes page- and clause-level citations linked directly to the source documents. Users can verify individual findings against the original text, with citations available for side-by-side review.
Ask Docs
A semantic document Q&A tool that allows users to query uploaded matter files and receive cited answers referencing specific pages, paragraphs, and clauses across the document set.
Multi-Model Chat
Users can run the same prompt through two of more than 20 supported AI models simultaneously and compare outputs side by side, with the ability to select the preferred result.
Clickflow Builder
A custom workflow creation tool that allows users to describe a desired output by voice or text. The platform converts the description into a reusable Clickflow saved to a private library.
Translation
The platform supports document translation across 40 or more languages, preserving the original document's formatting, structure, and legal terminology.
Security Architecture
Lexity is ISO 27001 certified, with a SOC 2 Type II audit in progress. Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the Switzerland North region, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+. Customer data is isolated per client and is not used to train any AI model. The platform operates under Swiss data protection law (nFADP) and supports GDPR compliance.
