Assistant

Legora has raised a total of $116M in funding over 4 rounds. Their latest funding of $80M was announced in May 2025. It was a series B funding round led by ICONIQ and General Catalyst. The round also featured participation from existing investors Redpoint Ventures, Benchmark and Y Combinator. Previous funding rounds include $25M in July 2024 from a Series A round from Alt Captial, Benchmark, Redpoint, Wayfinder Ventures, and Y Combinator;  $10,500,000 in Seed from Benchmark and 6 other investors in May 2024; and $500,000 in Pre Seed from Y Combinator in April 2024.
