Leah Legal, powered by Maestro, is an agentic platform for enterprise legal departments, with specialist sub-orchestrators covering legal operations from intake through disputes, compliance and corporate governance. Each specialist works from the organization’s own playbooks and policies, and actions outside policy are routed to human approval.

Intake & Triage
Requests arriving by email, messaging, ticketing or CRM events are collected in a single queue, classified by category, urgency and risk, and routed to the responsible specialist with a written rationale and a running service-level timer.

Contract Review
Contracts are analyzed clause by clause against the organization’s playbook. Deviations are scored for asymmetry, enforceability and ambiguity, redlines are proposed with fallback positions, and anything outside policy is escalated to a named human approver.

Drafting & Authoring
First drafts of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and bespoke agreements are generated from approved templates and clause libraries and populated with transaction details. Routine, in-policy documents are available through self-service, and non-standard drafts are routed to a reviewer.

Obligation Management
Commitments made at signature are recorded in a register with owner, business unit, trigger, deadline and evidence. Regulatory changes are mapped to the obligations and contracts they affect, controls are tested for coverage, and attestations are requested ahead of audits.

Matter Management
Conflict clearance, matter opening and allocation follow a single controlled process. New counterparties are screened before work begins, matters are allocated according to lawyer capacity and specialism, and the full lifecycle is auditable from intake to closure.

Disputes & Litigation
Claims are assessed for merit and exposure on receipt and managed as matters with venue, stage, reserve, budget and deadlines tracked. Legal holds are issued and acknowledged, evidence is collected with privilege tagged, motions are docketed to response dates, and settlements are routed through the applicable authority limits.

External Counsel
Panel management and spend control are combined in one ledger. Firms are matched to matters based on recorded outcomes, rate cards and leverage, invoices are checked line by line against billing guidelines, and performance scorecards are built from matter results.

Data Privacy
Data subject access requests are tracked against statutory deadlines, with scoping, redaction and sign-off built in. Data protection impact assessments are maintained as records with a risk register, processors, sub-processor changes and cross-border transfers are assessed and reassessed, and breaches are logged, triaged and tracked through notification.

IP Management
Trademark and patent portfolios are held in a register covering classes, jurisdictions, filings, office actions and renewals. Deadlines are ranked by the consequence of missing them, and suspected infringement is logged, risk-rated and escalated for enforcement.

Company Secretarial
Entities, officers, registers and statutory filings are maintained across jurisdictions. Board meetings are managed from agenda through quorum, resolutions, signatures and minute book, and entity good standing is confirmed.

Asset Management
Shareholdings, corporate assets, title records and chain of title are held in one place, with encumbrances, consent conditions and intercompany agreements identified ahead of a disposal.

Prior positions, precedent notes and research memos are captured, cited and made searchable, and routine advisory questions are answered from that knowledge base.

ESG Reporting
Sustainability metrics are mapped to the disclosure requirements they satisfy, with data source, evidence document and verifier attached to each figure. Coverage against reporting frameworks is calculated from the data held, identifying gaps ahead of filing deadlines.

Real Estate
Property and lease portfolios are tracked with break options, notice periods, auto-renewals and rent reviews, with date and financial calculations checked automatically. Exit costs can be modeled against the cost of remaining, and portfolio-wide reviews identify upcoming renewals.

Government Relations
Engagement with officials is managed against applicable rules, with lobbying registrations maintained, meetings and outcomes recorded, gifts and political contributions screened against thresholds, and transparency returns tracked to filing. Position papers and briefing packs are linked to the legislation they address.
