Users upload an LCA notice, confirm the record details, and post electronically to a company-specific LaborLess bulletin or intranet with a single click. The platform generates a unique URL for each employer's electronic posting location, which can be shared with affected employees to satisfy DOL notice requirements under 20 CFR § 655.734.

Users set the required posting duration for each LCA and the platform automatically monitors and removes the notice at the appropriate time, in compliance with DOL regulations. This eliminates the need for manual calendar reminders and reduces the risk of late takedowns or missed compliance deadlines.

A corresponding electronic Public Access File is automatically created from each LCA posting and petitioner profile. The PAF is updated with timestamps when an LCA is posted and taken down, and documents are stored in the cloud for the required retention period. PAFs can be exported or digitally shared in response to public requests or DOL audits.

The platform supports centralized management of LCA postings across multiple employer work locations from a single dashboard. Immigration law firms and HR agencies can post and monitor LCAs on behalf of multiple employer clients, with each client assigned a separate petitioner profile and posting bulletin.

The platform provides real-time analytics on LCA posting activity, including posting status, timestamps, and PAF completeness. These records support audit preparation and internal compliance reporting.

LaborLess integrates directly with Docketwise, an immigration case management platform. Law firms can connect their Docketwise account, import H-1B petitioner clients, and have LaborLess automatically generate a profile and posting bulletin for each, reducing manual data entry across systems.
