Enables users to search for any legal concept across all documents in a project without setup or prompting, using an example phrase or clause as input. Available regardless of GenAI governance settings.

Smart Summaries and Chat
Generates summaries of smart field extractions and contract clauses to support diligence reporting. A chat feature allows users to ask questions in natural language and receive contextually sourced answers with citations linked to the relevant document sections.

Review Workflows and Collaboration

GenAI Governance Controls
Allows administrators to toggle generative AI on or off at the project level, supporting firm or client-specific requirements without affecting access to non-generative features.

Lito AI Legal Agent Lito is a Litera AI Legal Agent included with Kira subscriptions, operating within Word, Outlook, and web browsers. It supports smaller-scale structured reviews, NDA playbook checks, risk analysis, and agentic redlines as a complement to Kira's platform-based review workflows.
