• Early Case Assessment – review datasets for possible cause of actions or to check and flag terms, risks, and compliance. Filter documents, review, approve, set tasks, re-assemble into a due diligence report.
• Structure, extract, and classify a dataset:  Leases Agreements, Commercial Contracts, Private Equity Term Sheets Chain of Title, etc.
• Drafting – Use AI assisted drafting based on precedents, legislation, government guidelines, policies, source documents.
