Juris OS

Juris OS is an AI platform for legal work that combines legal research, matter and knowledge management, and workflow automation, built on selected Danish and EU legal sources together with an organisation's own documents.

Key features and functions include:

Assistant
Answers legal questions in a conversational format, drawing on selected Danish and EU legal sources together with an organisation's own Collections and Library material. Citations in each answer link back to the underlying source passages, documents can be attached to a conversation, and a deep-search mode supports broader review of legislation and case law.

Collections
A workspace for a specific matter or project that keeps related documents, conversations, and instructions together. Smart indexing distinguishes document types such as legislation, judgments, contracts, and notes to prioritise search results, and a matter's context: clarifications, rejected approaches, goals, and deadlines, can be maintained and edited as work continues. Documents can also be added by forwarding email to a Collection's dedicated address, and timelines can be generated from selected documents.

Library
A shared repository for organisational knowledge, such as internal policies and templates, that can be reused across matters. A Library can be kept private, shared with selected users, or made available organisation-wide, and the same Library can be linked to multiple Collections.

Workflows
Structured processes for recurring legal tasks that combine source material, AI assistance, and defined approval steps, with the ability to pause for a colleague's review before work continues. Juris Aktindsigt is a pre-built workflow for public authorities handling requests under the Danish Access to Public Administration Files Act, covering legal assessment, exemptions, discretionary disclosure, and draft responses; custom workflows can also be built for an organisation's own processes. Workflows are purchased separately from the core platform.

Governance
Gives administrators visibility into organisational use of Juris, including activity by user, feature, and time period, with the ability to review the stored detail of specific conversations and workflow runs. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans with administrator access.
