JUNE ASSISTANT
The JUNE Assistant provides an AI interface for case navigation and drafting support. “Know Your Case” delivers a chronological summary of case contents; “Ask Your Case” answers specific questions about documents or entire files; “Draft Your Text” generates suitable arguments and boilerplates; “Summarize Your Conversation” transcribes and summarizes recorded speech; and “Choose Your Language” enables multilingual responses and summaries. JUNE integrates ChatGPT-4o and ChatGPT-4o Mini in a data protection–compliant manner within the EU.
JUNE EXTRACT
This feature applies intelligent OCR, visual AI, and generative AI to identify and structure relevant information from unstructured data. Documents are automatically classified, analyzed, and linked to their original context, accelerating document review and data extraction.
JUNE AUTOMATION
JUNE Automation allows users to configure workflows and actions without coding. Processes can be managed internally or extended to third parties, with adaptable flowcharts for each use case. It also provides deadline and date management for court hearings, submissions, and appointments, all linked to automated workflow actions.
JUNE TRANSLATE
The translation module enables immediate translation of documents between languages. Both original and translated versions remain accessible, ensuring accuracy and traceability in multilingual legal work.
JUNE SEARCH
JUNE Search provides LLM-based semantic full-text search across case data and documents. Search terms are interpreted contextually, and results are categorized and prioritized, allowing retrieval of both metadata and document content without predefined search fields.
JUNE DOCUMENTS
This module supports document creation, storage, and management. Users can create documents manually or from templates, using placeholders that draw from existing data. Output formats include DOCX, PDF, and HTML. Documents are stored in JUNE’s secure cloud data room, categorized automatically, and searchable via OCR. Access can be controlled by user role or group.
JUNE STORY
Story mode visualizes a case through timelines and milestones. Communications, deadlines, and events are arranged chronologically and filterable by participant or topic. Users can move among key moments or documents without scrolling and can reactivate completed deadlines or actions for review.
JUNE OFFLINE
Offline functionality allows full access to case files without an internet connection. If connectivity is lost, JUNE switches automatically to offline mode, maintaining access to documents, deadlines, and communications.
JUNE COLLAB
Collaboration features allow multiple users or external partners to work on cases simultaneously. Workflow steps are updated in real time, and tasks in progress are locked to prevent conflicts. External access can be restricted to specific steps or documents, with all communication managed within JUNE to reduce reliance on email.
JUNE COMM
The communication module integrates directly with beA, email providers, and third-party systems. beA messages are automatically retrieved, processed, and filed within JUNE; outgoing correspondence can be sent securely from within the platform. Integration with email services (e.g. Outlook 365, Gmail) enables automated communication, while REST and JSON interfaces support connections to external applications such as HighQ.
JUNE REPORTS
JUNE Reports offers real-time reporting and analytics on case metrics, workflows, and key performance indicators. Data can be filtered for single cases or full portfolios and is continuously updated to support operational transparency and performance tracking.
