Immigrationist is a document automation platform for UK immigration practitioners. It collects client information, checks and extracts data from supporting documents, and prepares draft visa applications for review by regulated advisers.

Key features and functions include:

Client Intake Portal
Sends clients a secure link to a guided questionnaire, which they complete in plain English on a phone or laptop and use to upload documents. Flags missing information to reduce administrative follow-up.

Document Checks and Data Extraction
Reads passports, bank statements, payslips, and letters, and extracts key details such as passport expiry dates into the client file. Flags document issues, such as an out-of-date bank statement, for the caseworker. The source document appears alongside each extracted detail for verification.

GOV.UK Application Drafting
Fills in the Home Office GOV.UK online application form from the client's answers, removing the need to retype them. Assembles the supporting documents into a structured file for the practitioner to review, correct, and submit.

Caseworker Review
Sends the complete file to the firm's caseworker, who reviews every answer and document before approving.

Supported Visa Routes
Covers Standard Visitor visas, including business visitors, and Skilled Worker visas.

Data Protection Controls
Encrypts data in transit and at rest, and logs access to matter files. Client data is not used to train AI models. Retention periods are set by the client. Every firm receives a data processing agreement that includes the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
