In 2022, Hyperlex was acquired and merged into DiliTrust, a France-based legal and corporate governance software provider founded in 2005. Following the transaction, Hyperlex’s technology was integrated into the DiliTrust Governance Suite, a unified platform comprising five modules—board portal, entity management, contract management, litigation management, and documentation library—extending DiliTrust’s contract management capabilities within its broader legal operations offering.
