eFirm Practice Management

Justinian Reasoning Engine
A proprietary orchestration layer that processes each query for jurisdiction, language, intent, and entity extraction, then selects a tool and routes the request to an underlying AI model before generating a response. HAQQ states the architecture routes across multiple model providers rather than relying on a single model.
API and MCP Access
Legal AI Chat functionality is exposed to developers through a REST API and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, in addition to the web, mobile, and Word add-in interfaces.
Multilingual, Arabic-Native Interface
The platform interface is available in multiple languages. Arabic is supported as a native interface language rather than a translation layer.
Data Architecture and Access Controls
The platform applies AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access control, per-tenant data isolation, and audit logging. HAQQ states customer data is not used to train its models and that an anonymization layer removes personal data before a query reaches the underlying model.
Deployment Options
Available as a HAQQ-hosted cloud service with customer-selectable regional hosting (European Union, United States, or Middle East), as a private cloud deployment in the customer's own cloud tenancy, or as an on-premise deployment.
