When a case status is updated, attorneys and paralegals are notified immediately via email and through the dashboard, surfacing only cases with changes rather than requiring review of the full caseload.

Client Notification System Automated notifications are sent directly to clients when their case status changes, reducing the volume of inbound client inquiries and manual outreach by firm staff. Clients receive updates without attorney or paralegal intervention.

NVC Case Renewal Monitoring The platform tracks National Visa Center cases and generates automatic renewal notifications to alert firms of upcoming NVC deadlines and status changes.
