Flex Trainee
A structured Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) scheme, launched in 2021, that places aspiring solicitors from underrepresented socio-economic backgrounds into in-house legal teams working toward SQE qualification.

CoSec Trainee
Introduced in 2023, this program provides a similar structured training and placement route for aspiring company secretaries entering corporate governance roles.
