eDiscovery and Document Review
Everlaw processes large ESI datasets and supports full-text and metadata search, Boolean queries, advanced filtering, and technology-assisted review (TAR/predictive coding) for document prioritisation and classification.

Early Case Assessment (ECA)
Everlaw includes a dedicated ECA environment where documents are fully processed and imaged, allowing direct interaction with documents rather than text or metadata alone. Search tools, search term reports, and data visualisation are available within ECA. Documents can be promoted in bulk to the main review workflow, with an optional custom note to record the reason for promotion.

Redaction
Everlaw supports redaction across document types, including native spreadsheets. Reviewers can redact specific cell content — such as PII or privileged text — without concealing the entire cell value, applied manually, by search hit, or in batch. Customisable redaction stamps indicate the basis for each redaction.

Case Building and Trial Preparation (Storybuilder)
Storybuilder is Everlaw's integrated post-review module for narrative development and trial preparation. It supports case timelines (including a spatial view), deposition transcript management, collaborative witness and argument outlines, and exhibit lists. Deposition citations link automatically to the corresponding transcript within the platform.

AI Features (Everlaw AI Assistant)
The AI Assistant supports bulk document summarisation, extraction of key names, dates, and figures, sentiment analysis, on-demand document Q&A with citations (Deep Dive), draft generation for statements of fact, arguments, and deposition summaries (Writing Assistant), and review coding suggestions with rationale and document citations.

Deployment and Security
Everlaw is a cloud-hosted SaaS platform accessible via browser. It holds FedRAMP and StateRAMP authorisations.
