eDiscovery Assistant curates its data from more than 40 sources. It manually tags each case with ediscovery issues (e.g. proportionality, failure to preserve, instant messaging, GPS, etc.) based on a proprietary taxonomy. In January 2024, eDiscovery Assistant announced Dynamic Cite Lists, which allows users to maintain curated and personalized lists of case law decisions.
