AI-Powered Redlining
Reviews open contracts against user-defined playbooks and generates markup suggestions as tracked changes directly within Word. Users can accept, modify, or reject each suggestion before it is applied to the document.

Playbook Management
Supports creation of unlimited playbooks through multiple methods: AI analysis of existing contract templates, generation from prior markups, AI generation for a specified contract type, or editing from a provided library of template playbooks. Playbooks can be shared across teams with configurable editing permissions.

Clause Drafting and Ad Hoc Editing
Allows users to redraft individual clauses on demand, draft new clauses for gaps not covered by a playbook, and generate justification comments explaining proposed changes to counterparties.
