Docxedo is a Microsoft Word add-in for law firms that automates the application of a firm's house style to any Word document. One-Click Document Styling Users access Docxedo through a single button added to the Microsoft Word ribbon. Pressing the button reformats the open document to match the firm's predefined house style, including body text font and size, heading styles at each level, paragraph numbering, line spacing, margins, page orientation, and header and footer layouts.

Compatibility with Any Word Document Source The tool processes Word documents regardless of their origin, including files drafted internally, documents received from clients or opposing counsel, precedents retrieved from a document management system, and content generated by AI drafting tools such as Harvey or Microsoft Copilot.

Firm-Specific Style Configuration Each firm's house style is built by the Docxedo team using a set of well-formatted example documents provided by the firm. No template rebuilding or IT configuration is required. Style profiles can accommodate multiple document types, including letters, deeds, court filings, and agreements.

Centralized Style Management Style updates are applied through a single central style sheet, allowing firms to propagate formatting changes — such as rebranding — across all users without requiring individual document corrections.

Deterministic Output The reformatting process produces consistent results: the same document processed more than once will produce the same formatted output. No user formatting knowledge or manual correction is required to achieve a compliant result.

Data Privacy Documents processed through Docxedo are not stored on the company's servers. Processing occurs in memory, and document content is discarded immediately after formatting is complete. No document data is used for AI model training.
