Disclosure Assistant

Disclosure Assistant

Overview

Disclosure Assistant is a cloud-based document review platform for legal professionals managing financial disclosure in divorce, litigation, and estate matters. The platform organizes bank statement data using deterministic, rule-based analysis rather than AI inference, producing auditable outputs without forensic or legal conclusions.

Key Features & Functions:

Bank Statement Upload and Parsing
Accepts PDF bank statements from major US banks. Multiple statements across multiple accounts can be uploaded to a single case, with transactions merged into a single chronological view.

Rule-Based Transaction Flagging
Transactions are extracted and reviewed against attorney-configured thresholds and keyword rules, such as cash withdrawal amounts or specific merchant names. Rules are explicit and adjustable per case rather than derived from machine learning models.

Per-Case Rule Customization
Thresholds and keywords can be set independently for each matter, allowing attorneys to tailor review parameters to the specific financial profile of a case.

Attorney Notes
Flagged items can be annotated with attorney notes within the platform before export.

PDF and CSV Export
Reports include all transactions, review status, applied rules, and contextual information for each flagged item. Outputs are designed to support disclosure documentation and court submission.

Clio Manage Integration
Processed reports can be uploaded and stored directly within Clio Manage case files, allowing financial disclosure documentation to be organized alongside the broader matter record.

Case Isolation and Access Controls
Case data is isolated at the database level using row-level security policies. Access is restricted to authenticated users and their associated case files.
