Decot
Decot is a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform built for organisations that need to prove the integrity of their agreements, covering drafting, routing, review, approval, electronic signature, storage, and verification in a single workflow.
Key Features & Functions:
Encrypted Document Storage
Documents are encrypted using SEAL threshold encryption and stored on Walrus decentralised storage. The platform operator never has access to plaintext content, and access is controlled by on-chain grants assigned by the contracting party.
Verifiable Audit Trail
Every lifecycle action is recorded as a cryptographic hash anchored on the Sui public ledger, producing a tamper-evident record that any authorised counterparty can verify independently, without relying on the vendor.
Qualified Electronic Signatures
The platform supports qualified electronic signatures (QES) via DigiCert, aligned with eIDAS standards, and validates as trusted in Adobe Acrobat. UETA/ESIGN alignment is also supported for US-based use cases.
Contract Lifecycle Workflow
The platform covers the full contract lifecycle in a single environment, supporting multi-party review, role-based approval routing, and configurable workflow rules to match team-specific sequences and access requirements.
Selective Disclosure
Parties can share specific contract clauses rather than full documents with counterparties, supporting need-to-know access without exposing the full agreement.
Authentication and Access
Users authenticate via Google, Microsoft, or email. The platform manages cryptographic keys on the user's behalf, so signers do not handle cryptocurrency wallets or seed phrases.
