Decisis

Decisis is a legal research platform designed to support the needs of solo attorneys and small law firms by providing access to a wide range of legal materials and research tools. It offers tiered subscription packages—Appellate, Premium, and Premium Plus—each with varying levels of content and functionality.

The Appellate subscription includes decisions from State Supreme and Appellate Courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, and U.S. Courts of Appeal. It also provides access to nationwide statutes, regulations, court rules, and other legal materials. The package features InterCite, a built-in case law citator designed to assist with legal precedent validation and case relevance.

The Premium subscription builds on the Appellate package by adding coverage of U.S. District and U.S. Bankruptcy Court decisions, in addition to all previously included content. It continues to include the InterCite citator.

The Premium Plus subscription includes all features of the Premium tier and introduces additional resources such as a library of hundreds of federal and state legal forms, access to court dockets from over 1,400 federal, state, and local courts, and a legal news portal offering industry updates. This tier also expands the functionality of the InterCite citator by incorporating a visualization tool that tracks the historical citation patterns of specific cases, including the frequency and sources of citations over time.
