Curate
by Avvoka
Curate by Avvoka is a document analysis and template-building tool for law firms and in-house legal teams, designed to convert a firm's own past transaction work into a standardized resource its lawyers can draft from.
Key features and functions include:
Document Upload and Clause Analysis
Lawyers upload 5 to 10 of their firm's strongest prior transaction documents, and Curate by Avvoka reads every clause across them, identifying the strongest version of each clause and flagging where and why versions differ.
Lawyer Approval
A lawyer reviews the flagged clause variations and approves the wording the firm will use, clause by clause, resulting in a template built entirely from the firm's own work.
Template Output
The resulting template is a formatted, bracketed and footnoted Word document that can be used on a standalone basis the same day, or connected to a document automation or AI drafting tool.
AI Assistant Connectors
Curate by Avvoka connects to Avvoka's own automation platform as well as third-party AI assistants, including Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic's Claude, and Harvey, allowing those tools to draft from a firm's curated template.
Integrations
Curate by Avvoka also integrates with iManage and supports single sign-on (SSO) authentication.
Accessibility for Firms of Any Size
No existing template library or dedicated knowledge management team is required to use Curate by Avvoka; a single practice group or individual lawyer can use it to capture how they draft.
Avvoka has raised a total of £14.2M ($19.1M USD) in funding over 3 rounds. Their latest funding of £14M ($18.7M USD) was raised in March 2026 from a Venture - Series Unknown round led by Valhalla Ventures.
