Matters are tracked from intake to resolution within a centralized workspace. Team members can update statuses, monitor deadlines, flag at-risk items, and view a full timeline of activity and audit history for each matter.

Automated Email Filing
Outlook integration automatically files emails to their corresponding matter file without requiring a separate plug-in, keeping matter correspondence organized and accessible within SharePoint.

Contract Management
Matters can be converted directly to contracts, with matter details and history automatically populating the contract record. Contracts are stored in a searchable SharePoint repository, and automated notifications alert users to upcoming renewal deadlines, expiration dates, and other contractual milestones.

Data and Dashboards
Pre-built legal dashboards surface key metrics including matter throughput, resolution times, team workload, and contract status. Data can be exported to Excel or Power BI for custom reporting.

Data Residency and Security
Because Cubed operates within the customer's own Microsoft tenant, all data remains within the organization's existing Microsoft environment. No data is transferred to external servers or held by Cubed directly.
