Contracts (formerly known as Relativity Contracts) is a contract review and analysis application integrated into Relativity aiR, originally developed by Heretik before its acquisition by Relativity.

Uses pre-built AI models, custom-trained models, or imported results from external models to transform contracts into structured, searchable data.

Contract comparison
Identifies differences across sections or entire contracts with a one-click compare feature, intended to help surface risk and opportunity.

Dedicated contract viewer
Provides a purpose-built viewer with Text and Image modes, separate from Relativity aiR's standard document review interface, designed for navigating and analyzing contract-specific content.

Table of Contents and section navigation
Identifies and displays contract sections through segmentation analysis, with adjustable section boundaries, headings, and types.

Definitions and related-document linking
Surfaces key definitions through definition extraction analysis, and links amendments, addendums, and exhibits to their originating contract.

Keyword and regular expression search
Supports keyword search with surrounding context, as well as custom regular expressions that can be previewed against a data set and saved for reuse across documents.

Send-to-field data capture
Sends identified text directly to a field on a document layout, creating a hyperlink between the field and its source location to support QC workflows.
