Surfaces favorable language and previously negotiated positions from prior agreements with the same counterparty, flags risks against established legal frameworks, and supports counterparty paper review at scale. Ask Leah provides plain-language guidance on specific clauses during review, including risk assessment and market standard comparisons, without requiring the user to leave the document.

Approval and Signature
Routes contracts through conditional approval workflows that adapt based on deal value, risk flags, jurisdiction, and contract type. Supports side-by-side version comparison and inline acceptance or rejection of changes. Includes delegation and auto-escalation functionality so approvals can be temporarily reassigned and stalled contracts automatically escalated after a defined period. Integrated e-signature via DocuSign and Adobe Sign supports signing order configuration, signatory tracking, and automatic sync of executed documents back to the repository.

Smart Repository
A centralized contract repository with role-based permissions and controlled access across entities, regions, and teams. Supports cognitive search with fuzzy, wildcard, proximity, and phrase filtering. Obligations extracted at intake are tracked to completion, with automated reminders triggered for renewal dates, notice periods, and key milestones. DeepSights analytics provides role-specific dashboards for legal, finance, and procurement stakeholders, drawing on live contract portfolio data. Also supports customizable views, bulk actions, and drag-and-drop uploads.

Contract Helpdesk
A conversational interface that allows business users to ask questions about contracts and policies and receive answers drawn from the organization's knowledge bases. Every response is linked to the specific source clause or document, and includes recommended next steps such as flagging a risk, initiating an amendment, escalating to legal, or setting a reminder.

Legal Intake
Configurable, step-by-step intake forms that capture contract details upfront and automatically generate contract drafts from completed fields. Incoming requests are auto-triaged by urgency, contract type, and team, and routed to the appropriate lawyer or workflow. Workload visibility across volume, velocity, and status is available through DeepSights legal intake analytics. Requesters receive automated status updates as their matter progresses.

Leah Discovery
Enables analysis across an organization's entire contract corpus rather than on a document-by-document basis, surfacing relationships between agreements, prevalent language patterns, and portfolio-level risk or obligation exposure, including cross-portfolio queries such as identifying contracts subject to a specific regulatory requirement or commercial condition.

Ask Leah
An in-document AI assistant for ad hoc questions during contract review and negotiation. Supports plain-language queries on clause language, negotiation strategy, and contract-specific terms. For broader analytical queries, Leah Discovery provides cross-portfolio analysis across the full contract corpus.

Security and Data
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with key management via Azure Key Vault, multi-factor authentication, real-time threat monitoring, and zero data retention policies. Deployment uses dedicated cloud environments with complete tenant isolation. Single-tenant deployment is available for organizations with strict data isolation requirements. SOC 2 Type II certified.
