Users can navigate to flagged issues, view explanations and mitigation guidance, and apply redline edits directly within Microsoft Word.

Playbook Integration
Runs contract drafts against internal checklists or playbooks, screening for clauses that comply with or deviate from approved standards. Redline edits can be made and reports downloaded within minutes.

Precedent-Based Drafting
Supports first-draft creation using existing precedents. Users can provide instructions manually or upload a term sheet or letter of intent, which the platform interprets and converts into drafting instructions.
