Context Engine
by Confidios
Confidios's Context Engine transforms unstructured data into verified, business-contextualized records for AI agents and models, without relocating the underlying data. All processing occurs within the customer's security boundary.
Key features and functions include:
Processing Pipeline
Files move through six stages: connecting to source systems (file shares, legacy systems, case management platforms, evidence repositories, and cloud storage), verifying file history to establish authenticity, assessing structural integrity and flagging alterations, applying business logic to address specific queries, publishing structured metadata as a sidecar file, and maintaining lineage documentation for compliance.
Context Sidecar Generation
Produces a structured metadata record for each source file, prepared once at ingestion, containing business signals, provenance information, integrity assessments, and a model-ready representation for repeated agent access. This reduces token consumption and inference cost for connected AI systems compared to reprocessing full documents on each query.
Context Modules
Domain-specific applications include Contract Intelligence (extracting obligations, rights, parties, key dates, dependencies, and financial thresholds), Claims Intelligence (surfacing discrepancies between statements and distinguishing verified facts from uncertain data), and Real Estate Intelligence (processing insurance, banking, asset management, and lease records with formula extraction).
Deployment Options
Available on-premises, in private cloud environments, on air-gapped networks, or on enterprise GPU infrastructure, with a containerized architecture accessible via REST API. Includes an air-gapped appliance built with Dell, supporting sovereign, on-device generative and agentic AI processing across fragmented or siloed data estates.
Cryptographic Output Binding
Outputs are cryptographically bound to their source files, with governance metadata, sensitivity tags, and entitlement rules preserved and passed to downstream AI agents.
