Workflow Management ClaimDeck's workflow tools are purpose-built for the tripartite litigation relationship, enabling attorneys to request and receive authorization from adjusters in alignment with client guidelines. Workflows are embedded in matter management to drive consistent, process-driven handling across the litigation portfolio.

Valuation and Budget The platform guides attorneys through a structured valuation process that accounts for jurisdiction-specific factors such as comparative fault and joint and several liability. A budget module supports creation of itemized budgets by stage and phase, follows the UTBMS standard, allows line-item comments, and tracks billing consumption against budget throughout the matter lifecycle.

Settlement Negotiation Management A dedicated module tracks each round of settlement negotiation across all parties and visualizes negotiation trends alongside matter valuation and coverage information, providing a consolidated picture of how negotiations are progressing.

Milestones & Events A workflow tool that allows adjusters and attorneys to map out case-specific timelines including court-ordered deadlines, defensive actions, and planned legal activities. Events can be built from templates or created as hybrids, and a visual timeline serves as an audit trail of case activities for transparency and compliance monitoring.

Analytics and Reporting The matter table supports filtering across 50 data categories with multiple boolean functions. Data can be exported and visualized in third-party tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Users can also generate matter-specific or portfolio-level reports for internal use or external presentation.

Secure In-Platform Messaging A messenger feature ties communications directly to specific matters and matter sections, supporting both cross-party communication between attorneys and adjusters and internal law firm discussions not visible to the carrier. The tool reduces reliance on email for matter-related communications.

Document Management ClaimDeck provides a secure environment for sharing and accessing key matter documents among carriers, counsel, and other authorized parties, replacing the exchange of sensitive materials via email.
