CiteCheck.ai is a citation verification platform tailored for legal professionals to validate case citations within briefs, PDFs, or image-based documents. It uses OCR to convert text from scanned files and cross-references each citation against a reliable database like CourtListener. The tool then categorizes each citation as valid or invalid, providing detailed explanations when a citation is missing or misattributed&mdash;such as &ldquo;citation not found&rdquo; or &ldquo;case name mismatch&rdquo;.
Users receive a comprehensive validation report with color-coded results (green for valid, red for invalid) and can export the findings in CSV format. The platform supports a freemium model that offers up to five free reports per user. Subscription iters are also available.&nbsp;
