Overview

Catylex is a cloud-based contract intelligence platform built for organizations managing large volumes of complex contracts. The platform is designed to autonomously extract and structure contract data at enterprise scale using a combination of proprietary analytical AI and generative AI.

Key Features & Functions:

Autonomous Extraction and AI Matching
Catylex extracts and structures contract information using an out-of-the-box data model covering hundreds of contractual provisions, without requiring users to prompt individual documents, train models, or label data. Its AI Matching approach compares analytical AI and generative AI outputs to identify high-confidence data and direct human review toward exceptions.

Rapid Assessment
For large or dispersed contract portfolios, this feature uses generative AI to identify and classify documents based on contract metadata, helping organizations organize and deduplicate contract populations and prioritize documents for deeper processing.

Portfolio Search and Analysis
Extracted contract data can be searched, filtered, and organized using natural language search, saved views, tagging and auto-tagging, custom content fields, and visualization tools such as charts and graphs.

Connected Contract Intelligence
The platform links related agreements, such as amendments and statements of work, to provide a consolidated view of contractual relationships, and maintains traceability between extracted data and its source language. Structured data can be exported to other enterprise systems, including CLM platforms.
