CARMAgree™ covers preparation, routing, signing, and record-keeping for agreements, logging each step from pre-send screening through execution. It is available as a standalone application and as the signing module within CARMAI™ from the same developer.

Key features and functions include:

Integrity Screen
A forensic pass runs on each document before it is sent. It detects hidden text such as white-on-white runs, zero-point type, and content outside the visible layout, along with leftover tracked changes and comments, author and revision metadata, and embedded instructions aimed at AI readers. Structural checks review parties, dates, defined terms, and cross-references.

Counterparty Screening
Counterparties can be checked for sanctions, federal exclusions, litigation history, and entity identity where these checks apply. When a check cannot run, the report says so.

Send Controls
If the screen flags a serious issue, the send stops. The sender either acknowledges the finding with a note that becomes part of the audit trail or returns the document for revision. Screening findings stay in the sender’s record and do not appear on the certificate the counterparty receives.

Field Placement
Signature, initials, date, and company fields are anchored to the signature blocks already in the agreement. Side-by-side and stacked signature layouts are supported.

Routing, Reminders, and Templates
Documents can be sent to all signers at once or routed in a set order, with each signer’s link issued only when their turn arrives. Automatic reminders go to signers who have not acted, and templates can be saved for reuse.

Signer Experience
Signers receive a link, open the document, and sign without creating an account or paying. Signing links from email open directly in the mobile app where it is installed.

Audit Trail
Each signer’s sent, viewed, consented, and signed events are timestamped in UTC with the originating IP address. The trail is attached to the executed copy, not held in a separate system.

Sealed Executed Copy
The final PDF combines the signatures, the certificate, and the audit trail in one document. A cryptographic hash of the signed content and an integrity seal with a trusted timestamp make any later alteration detectable.

Mobile Apps
Envelopes can be prepared, fielded, and routed from a phone, with the Integrity Screen running as it does on the web. Paper documents can be scanned with the camera straight into an envelope, and each envelope’s created, sent, opened, and executed status is tracked, with options to send reminders or void.

Team Management
Accounts are licensed per seat, and the user who signs up becomes the administrator. Administrators invite users, set roles, and manage the team roster.
