BundleRight is a web-based document bundling tool for use by UK law firms, sole practitioners, and small legal teams. It automates the preparation of hearing bundles, matter files, and conference-with-counsel sets by processing unstructured collections of documents into classified, ordered, paginated, and indexed outputs.

AI-Powered Document Classification and Ordering BundleRight uses AI to identify document types, extract dates and party information, and apply a logical sequence to uploaded files. For litigation bundles, the tool applies CPR PD39A structure automatically, sorting documents into sections such as statements of case, orders, witness statements, and exhibits.

Automated Splitting, Deduplication, and Flagging The tool identifies and splits merged PDFs into individual documents, removes duplicate files, and flags items requiring attention — such as unsigned witness statements or low-quality scans — before the bundle is finalised.

Reviewer-Controlled Output Users can review the proposed document order before export, with the ability to drag and reorder, rename, or exclude individual items. The final output is a numbered bundle of PDFs accompanied by a formatted index document.

Session-Based Zero Data Retention Documents are held only in a temporary, session-scoped environment. When a session ends, all uploaded files are permanently deleted. No document content is stored in any database, logged, or used for model training.

No Integration Required BundleRight does not require connection to a case management system, document management system, or any other existing infrastructure. Users access the tool directly via browser with no IT configuration or procurement process.
