Brackets AI is a generative AI-powered Microsoft Word add-in that helps legal teams draft, review, and redline contracts.

Brackets combines leading AI models with your company's templates, model clauses, and playbooks to generate tailored output that aligns with your standards and requirements.

With Brackets, legal teams can seamlessly leverage generative AI within their existing Microsoft Word workflows. Brackets provides the following features (and more): 

• AI Review. Brackets identifies contract issues based on your playbooks or templates and provides redline to address the issues.
• AI Drafting. With Brackets, you can easily draft or modify clauses based on short instructions. It takes the context of the contract into account to create custom-fitted clauses, and it ensures you never get stuck drafting again.
• AI Assistant: With the AI Assistant (chat) you can, for example, ask questions about a contract, edit a contract, or draft a new contract.
• AI Summarization. Use Brackets to quickly summarize the key terms or marked up changes of the contract. Use the summaries to gain an instant overview or to communicate the terms or changes to other stakeholders.
• AI Language Check. Brackets checks your contracts for grammar, spelling, and consistency errors. It ensures your contracts are professional, and it protects your reputation.
• AI Translation. Use Brackets to quickly translate contracts using powerful AI. Unlike regular machine translation, Brackets is specifically tailored for contracts and makes efforts to preserve consistency in the use of defined terms and capitalization.
• AI Review Playbooks. The rules of the AI review are built using playbooks. You can enable or disable pre-set rules or as create your own (e.g. that the payment term should be at least 30 days) and let the AI check for and flag non-compliance - all in natural language without a single line of code.
• Model Clause Library. Brackets lets you create and manage your own library of model clauses. You can easily add clauses from contracts to the library and reuse them in other contracts.
• Template Library. Add your templates to Brackets to have them easily available in Word and to use them as reference documents for AI review and drafting. 

Brackets AI is provided as an add-in for Microsoft Word and can easily be installed and used from within Word.
