Rejection Simulator A pre-filing review tool that analyzes patent applications for potential §112 rejections, returning citations and suggested fixes prior to examiner review. The tool is benchmarked against real USPTO §112 rejections. Support for §101, §102, and §103 rejections is described as forthcoming.

Prosecution Intel An AI-searchable examiner and art-unit intelligence database. Users can look up examiners by name, art unit, or registration number and access allowance rates, average pendency, and common rejection trends.
