BlackBoiler is an innovative legal tech company that utilizes artificial intelligence to automate the contract review and markup process  for companies, law firms, and legal service providers. Their AI technology is able to learn from the edits and changes a legal team makes in contracts, and then apply these learned preferences to future contracts, essentially automating the redlining process.  Through proprietary Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing technologies, BlackBoiler's Ai-Assisted Contract Review is the first product to instantaneously review and revise contracts right in TrackChanges, just like an attorney. This enables companies, law firms, and legal services providers to leverage historical contract review work to review and redline future inbound documents in a fraction of the time.
