The platform drafts a file note for each captured call using templates set by firm administrators for different call types, such as intake, medical status updates, or settlement discussions, with speakers identified and action items assigned by party.

Matter Updates and Recap Emails
Captured calls are matched to the relevant matter and, once an attorney approves the note, filed to the firm's case management system along with related todos. A recap email summarizing the call and any client action items is drafted for firm review before sending.

Firm administrators can configure per-matter recording consent (one-party or all-party), restrict access to calls marked privileged, set audio retention periods, and enable redaction of categories of information such as bank account or driver's license numbers before transcripts are stored.
