Term sheet verification, document comparison, and cross-document analysis are available within a shared deal environment accessible to legal, finance, and deal teams simultaneously. Review workflows are repeatable and configurable to support consistent standards across matters and teams.

Contract Review and Redlining
Contract review is supported through pre-configured and customisable workflows. Documents are analysed against defined criteria, with findings cited to the relevant clause or provision. Changes sync automatically as documents are updated, maintaining a current view of the deal without manual re-uploading.

Document Summarisation and Briefing
The platform generates summaries of legal documents and regulations with citations to source material. Folder-level analysis is also supported, allowing review across entire document repositories to identify patterns, obligations, and risk factors across a document set.

Redaction
Sensitive information is identified and redacted within documents. OCR technology supports extraction and processing of unstructured formats including PDFs and scanned documents.

Legal Research
Web-based legal research is available within the platform, returning cited answers to legal queries.

Aracor offers multiple deployment options to suit different organisational security requirements, ranging from a fully managed cloud environment to a private deployment hosted within the client's own infrastructure.
