Prior Art Management
Maintains and manages prior art references across matters, tracks cited and uncited references, and supports cross-citation of references across related applications. Generates IDS Form SB08 directly from the system.
Document Management
Cloud-based document storage supporting drag and drop upload, multiple document revisions, direct email-to-AppColl filing, and task-level file attachments.
Billing and Invoicing
Built-in time tracking and invoice generation with support for LEDES 1998b and Ver. 2.0 formats, retainer management, and payment recording. Integrates with QuickBooks Online in PM Plus.
Reporting
Configurable reports for internal use or client delivery, with scheduling and automated distribution via PDF, spreadsheet, or SFTP transfer.
Conflict Checking
Searches across all matters and contacts, including metadata such as adverse party relationships, keywords, and technology classifications, to identify potential conflicts.
Invention Disclosure Management
PM Invent for law firms and Invention Manager™ for corporations support structured submission, review, feedback, and status tracking for invention disclosures. Patent committee review workflows are included in the corporate version.
AppColl® Tandem™
