In ANAYS the processing of the company secretariat is carried out within the framework of punctual “operations with planning and deadlines (incorporation of company, approval of accounts, distribution of dividends, ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, dissolution, liquidation). ANAYS also allows the integration of additional information on commercial leases, contracts, real estate, goodwill, trademarks and patents, licenses, registers, secondary establishments, etc.

Company securities accounting

ANAYS accounting securities is efficient and complete; it makes possible to identify all securities movements and performs all associated calculations. As part of share transfer operations, the shares are recalculated while keeping a history of movements.

Dividend distributions, current account interest and tax declarations 

All calculations made for dividend distribution and current interest are automated. The IFU TD-RCM, 2777, 2561... tax declarations are automatically generated in the official forms. ANAYS allows the retrieval of financial information for approval of annual accounts by tax importing packages in EDI-TDFC format.
