Cognitive Risk Engine
Amplifi's proprietary scoring model evaluates documents across four dimensions: linguistic complexity, information structure, visual content, and numerical clarity. Each identified risk is mapped to the relevant regulatory obligation, including FCA Consumer Duty, CONC, the Consumer Rights Act, and the SRA Code of Conduct.

Real-Time Drafting Integration
The platform integrates directly with Microsoft Word, allowing legal teams to draft and edit while receiving live intelligibility scoring, flagging of complex sentences and ambiguous terms, and AI-generated rewrite suggestions grounded in proprietary intelligibility models.

Six-Stage Content Lifecycle Workflow
Amplifi maps to the full content lifecycle, from initial document assessment and simplification through collaborative review, publication gating, internal performance reporting, and external regulatory reporting. Documents are only marked ready once they meet defined intelligibility thresholds.

Content Governance Tools
The platform includes a Terms and Phrases Library for approved and banned terminology, a Definitions Library for standardized legal terms and plain-language explainers, and configurable Writing Standards that enforce tone, grammar, and sentence structure across all document types.

Compliance Reporting
Amplifi generates audit-ready reports that can be exported by timeline, document type, or practice area and mapped directly to SRA, CMA, and FCA requirements. Version tracking and sign-off accountability are embedded throughout the workflow.
