AiActs is a compliance and risk assessment platform that helps organizations identify which provisions of the EU AI Act may apply to a specific AI system.
Key features and functions include:
Adaptive Questionnaire
Users complete a structured, skip-logic questionnaire describing the AI system, its intended purpose, role (e.g., provider or deployer), deployment context, and risk factors. The number of questions varies based on system complexity and the analysis mode selected.
Symbolic Analysis Engine
Information gathered in the questionnaire is processed through a rule-based (symbolic) engine rather than a language model. The engine applies rules mapped to EU AI Act provisions to produce deterministic results, intended to generate consistent output for the same input.
Primary Report
A structured report lists applicable general norms, special norms, sanctions, and deadlines, with each item linked to a specific article of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. This report is presented as rules-based output, separate from any LLM-generated content.
LLM-Assisted Interpretation Report
A secondary report, generated using a large language model, offers a business-language explanation of the primary results, including a risk-level summary, a more detailed legal analysis, and a suggested action plan. It is available in HTML, PDF, and Markdown formats and is presented as distinct from the primary rule-based report.
