IP Rights Management - Business Case

Stephanie Sanders is a Managing Director on the EY Law Legal Function Consulting team and is the Americas IP Operations Leader.  Stephanie works with clients to better align the organization’s tactical IP portfolio management with its overall IP strategy and goals by optimizing IP management processes, talent models, data, technology and outside counsel and vendor sourcing strategies to drive cost-effective and innovative IP management operating models.  Stephanie is a founding member of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) IP Operations committee, which created a first-of-its-kind IP competency maturity matrix that informs her work as a trusted advisor.
