CARET is a provider of cloud-based law practice management software and automation solutions for mid-sized legal and accounting professionals. Alongside the CARET Legal platform, CARET offers stand-alone or integratable products, including Abacus Payment Exchange (APX), AbacusLaw, Amicus Attorney, HotDocs, and OfficeTools. These can be managed within the Abacus Private Cloud, which provides a managed Windows environment for legal teams. CARET combines products and innovation from former companies Zola Suite and AbacusNext, who merged in 2021 and rebranded as CARET in 2023.
