Park Evaluations

Park evaluates foreign educational credentials to determine their U.S. equivalent level of education, degree, and field of specialization. Evaluations account for factors including the international educational system, the institution attended, credit hours, coursework, and grades earned. All evaluations are conducted in accordance with AACRAO EDGE standards. A course-by-course evaluation option is also available, providing a comprehensive assessment that includes U.S. credit hour equivalencies for each foreign course completed.

For candidates whose foreign academic credentials alone do not satisfy U.S. visa petition requirements, Park conducts evaluations that assess professional experience as equivalent to academic achievement under USCIS standards. These evaluations are prepared by credentialed experts authorized to grant university-level credit for work experience.

Park's network of over 200 university professors and independent experts prepares opinion letters across a broad range of immigration contexts. These include Experience Expert Letters evaluating work history as academic equivalency; Position Evaluation Letters for H-1B and TN specialty occupation determinations; Beneficiary Qualifications Letters assessing whether a candidate meets petition requirements; Integrated Reports combining position and beneficiary analyses; PERM letters including Business Necessity, Qualifications, and Applicant Disqualifications reports; and customized letters for O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, L-1A, and L-1B petitions. All expert letters are authored on university letterhead and include the expert's credentials.

Park provides certified translations of academic records, employment documents, legal contracts, and other immigration-related materials. Translations are available from all foreign languages to English and vice versa, covering more than 25 languages including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Russian, and Spanish. The firm also handles complex legal documents including international arbitration materials and patents.

Park prepares evaluations and expert letters specifically in response to USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs), including specialty occupation challenges, beneficiary qualifications challenges, and PERM audit responses. Rush turnaround services are available for time-sensitive filings.
