For contract reviews, we specialise in SaaS contracts, marketing affiliate agreement, sales contracts, and procurement contracts. In-house legal teams can either outsource an entire contract type to us, or simply use us as an overflow solution for when times are busy.
In terms of minimum volumes, you can get started with just 3 contracts per month. However, Lexoo also accommodates a fully ‘ad hoc’ setup for the first three months, so that you can give it a go before committing to any volume.
You can increase or decrease committed contract volumes on a quarterly basis.
We negotiate the contracts like you would. We use a detailed playbook (including fallback positions) from the start.
