Pre-built playbooks covering common agreement types including NDAs, MSAs, and SaaS agreements are available as a starting point. Playbooks are integrated into the ReviewPro platform to drive automated redlining during contract review.

Contract Redlining and Review Service
Attorney-led contract review and redlining service for organizations managing high contract volumes or requiring support during peak periods. Attorneys conduct clause-by-clause analysis, apply redlines, and provide feedback aligned with the client organization's objectives. Supported agreement types include NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, Business Associate Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, EULAs, Goods Agreements, and others.

Contract Data Extraction and Organization (LegalSifter Organize)
A service for Contract Logix customers that combines AI-powered data extraction with human verification to structure and populate a contract repository. The LegalSifter team extracts key contract metadata, maps document relationships including amendments and attachments, and organizes contracts into Contract Logix's Contract Binders framework. Available as a one-time implementation service or on an ongoing basis.

Contract Operations as a Service
Ongoing managed services for Contract Logix customers covering CLM configuration, administration, and optimization. Services are delivered on a subscription model using a flexible credit system and include contract template setup, approval workflow configuration, AI-based data extraction and cleanup, system administration, and user enablement and training.
