Legal Tank
Legal Tank operates an outsourced drafting, review, and staffing bench for law firms and in-house legal departments, with deliverables returned to the engaging attorney for review and sign-off.
Key Services:
Litigation and injury drafting
Personal injury demand letters, page-cited medical chronologies with treatment gaps flagged and billing reconciled, discovery requests and first-pass responses, and first drafts of motions, pleadings, and supporting memoranda. Documents are drafted to the receiving court's local rules and citation conventions, using an AI-assisted extraction and assembly pass followed by human legal-writer review before delivery.
Transactional and contract drafting
NDAs, master service agreements, vendor and supply contracts, LLC operating agreements and partnership documents, employment and independent contractor agreements, real estate and lease instruments, IP licensing and assignment agreements, and financing documents. AI is used upstream for clause-library and precedent surfacing, with a senior contract writer finalizing the instrument and clearing it through an internal peer-review pass.
Estate and other document families
Affidavits and sworn declarations, wills, trusts, and advance directives, and other governance instruments drafted to the applicable state of domicile or controlling jurisdiction.
Document review
Structural, substantive, and jurisdiction-pass review of contracts, leases, NDAs, and employment agreements. Also includes due-diligence document review and managed eDiscovery review, using review platforms including Relativity, Everlaw, and Reveal, covering responsiveness and privilege coding, TAR-assisted review, and privilege log preparation.
Legal process outsourcing
Contract drafting and redlining, legal research and memos, litigation support including deposition summaries, exhibit indexing, and trial-prep binders, brief writing, contract lifecycle management, and outsourced legal-department capacity. Engagements are billed hourly, project-based, or by retainer.
Paralegal staffing
Credentialed paralegals (NALA/NFPA/NALS) for drafting, research, document review, case management, calendaring, e-filing, and trial preparation, matched to practice-area lanes including family law, probate, corporate, litigation, bankruptcy, immigration, real estate, IP, and personal injury.
Attorney supervision and signature
Every deliverable returns to the engaging firm for review under ABA Model Rule 5.3; the firm's attorney signs, files, and holds the client relationship. A conflicts check runs before source materials are opened, and Legal Tank does not contact clients, opposing counsel, or courts.
Secure handling and flexible pricing
Files move through an encrypted portal with named-access provisioning, a Business Associate Agreement available where required, and source-material deletion on request. Engagements are quoted flat per document, hourly, by weekly or monthly retainer, or as dedicated capacity, depending on the service line.
